Choosing ACE as our provider for estimating was certainly the right choice for our business. We wanted a program that was easy to use (as we're not technically minded and so used to pen, paper and a calculator!) ACE certainly ticked all the boxes.
We made the decision to upgrade to ACE online and so glad we did. It provides accurate, quick and easy to use system which has played a vital part in our business and saves a lot of time which is key!

We have been running ACE Online for nearly 12 months now after switching from their AFW product which we had been using for a number of years. The new system has been a great solution for us as it not only gives our design team an excellent quotation and estimating tool, but also allows a central “pool” of information and the state of projects which everyone can access helping with the flow of communication across the whole business. The added benefit of it being online is that everyone can access it from anywhere, perfect for us as we have several showrooms, but also even when off site via a web browser on their phone or ipad. It is a huge improvement on the old version and a lot more user friendly. Like all new systems, it did take some setting up but the ACE team were with us all the way and always on hand to help with any questions or queries. All in all, a great system, supplied and supported by great people.

John Lewis initially trialed ACE Automatic Curtain Estimating software in our Cambridge store in October 2000. The increase in orders taken and improved customer service resulted in a complete roll out to all department stores.

In 2006 a decision was made to take ACE out on laptops to facilitate estimate production in the customer's home. This improved service offer gave us the ability for orders to be taken “on the spot”, and again, a significant step forward in customer service.

We have worked closely with Hilton Matus and his team at ACE for over 10 years forging a good working relationship, with excellent support and service. The ACE software has proved to be a essential tool as part of our soft furnishing offer, and on-going developments with the company have enabled John Lewis to grow and expand our core business in this area.

ACE Online is so easy and straightforward to use once you get the hang of it and saves so much time on estimates. After searching for an off-the-shelf solution for our requirements and not finding anything out there, we approached CCM with a view to creating a bespoke system to fully manage our business.
