Job Profiles	Create as many as you need to include a variety of requirements, add uplifts, discounts and deposits to your profiles throughout the year. Easy to copy and to amend accordingly e.g. you can have one set up for commercial projects that differs to domestic jobs you are completing.
* Swap Functions	There are multiple swap functions in ACE Online that will allow you to swap your products or materials in a prompt and effective manner, saving a huge amount of time when requoting.

Estimates	Prints out the estimate ready to send to your Customer or email it straight to them. Different styles of estimate can be created showing as much or as little information as you wish to show your customer.
Additional Information	Opening, closing and footing paragraphs can be customised and added to estimates to provide additional detail. Job Clauses and Item Comments can be used to add further details to estimates.
Workroom Sheets	Provides detailed workroom sheets with cutting instructions. You can also add notes specifically for the workroom to ensure all your client's requirements are inclusive. Workroom sheets do NOT show prices. You can choose to email these directly to your maker or print them for internal use.
Checklists	List of all items on the estimate for checking prior to delivery/fitting a job. Never Leave an Item Behind Again!
* Print by supplier	Each of workroom, fabric summary and checks sheets can be printed by supplier making it easier for you to send orders by email to each supplier.
Print Profiles	Specify and manage each profile to include which options are available when printing and or emailing. Amend the font and its size to match your company branding.
Headers and Footers	Choose from different layouts to help match your letterheads using your company logo and details. Include your business terms and conditions. You can also set blank space and use stock letterheads you may have.
* Email	Use your own mail service to email estimates directly to your clients and workroom sheets to your makers using your business/preferred email address. You can even attach additional files.
* Bulk copy/delete	Users are able to copy multiple items in one process rather than individually by selecting by category, group or reference.

Making Charges	Per width, per metre, per square metre or using grid systems based on rail size or widths. Per drop e.g. up to 150cm one price, up to 250cm at another price. And you can update all the prices in a grid by a percentage quickly when you need to. There is a copy/paste option available from excel documents.
VAT	Prices can include VAT or have VAT added to the total. You can also exclude VAT if you're not registered.
Currencies	Pound Sterling is the default currency; however, you are able to amend to suit your business needs.
* Discounts	Apply discounts to the total job cost or to individual components such as making costs or fabric prices. The system calculates the discount and will apply it to the estimate.
* Deposits	Manage your general requirements globally or configure on a per Job basis using the Job Profile. Whether you require 50% of the total estimate or wish to apply a percentage to certain components e.g. 100% fabric price and 50% of making etc. The system will calculate the required deposit based on specifications and apply to the estimate.
* Mark Ups / Uplifts	A Job can be Marked Up or Uplifted where you have entered Cost Prices. These can be applied to the total of the estimate or to individual groups such as making costs or fabrics.

Material Management	Store frequently used materials within the system and select the fabrics, linings, interlinings & trimmings at the time of estimating rather than spending time entering the details again.
Customer Database	You can use ACE Online as a management system for your customer's details.
Supplier Database	Supplier's Details can be stored in the system which you can then use to email orders directly to them.
Job Status	Shows stages of job e.g. estimate issued, accepted, ordered, fitted, delivered, completed, declined. All of which can be customised to suit your business needs.
Item Status	Allows visibility over the status of an Item on the Job, these can be set up based on your requirements and are fully amendable.
Users	Each member of staff has their own user account. This allows the administrator to set up the access rights for each staff member, see who is working on which Job and see user interaction throughout ACE.
* Default Extras	Add a default extra to products set up in data maintenance to receive a prompt when adding that item to a job. Ensure you don't forget to add a track, pole or other extras to your job by using this feature.
Price changes	Easily update your prices in data maintenance by category or by the making type using a percentage. You can increase or decrease your prices using this method.
* Email Notifications	Set up status triggers so that email notifications are sent to other ACE users, suppliers, or customers automatically. Email templates can be set up or edited before sending allowing further personalisation and flexibility.

Financials	Easily stay on top of your finances. With the Financials module, ACE Online lets you request payments, generate invoices, and export job data in CSV format for seamless import into Xero or QuickBooks.
Bespoke Documents & Reports	Make your paperwork work for you. If the standard documents and reports don’t quite fit your business, this add-on module lets you customise templates to match your exact requirements.
Selling Online	Bring your made-to-measure products straight to your customers. With our API integration, you can sell curtains and blinds directly through your existing website, making it simple to take your business online.
Stores	Manage multiple locations with confidence. The Stores module allows you to split jobs between different stores, each with its own address details. Users can be linked to one or multiple stores, with access and search results tailored accordingly. Jobs are linked to a store when created, and templates can be customised to pull through store-specific parameters.
Purchase Order Processing	Simplify your supply chain. POP allows you to raise orders with suppliers, track them, and receipt deliveries for materials, extras, accessories, and components used in your ACE Online estimates.
Supplier Ordering	Order smarter, not harder. With Supplier Ordering, you can send purchase orders created in POP directly to integrated suppliers with no need to log into multiple portals.
Supplier stock Check	Check availability on the spot. With the Supplier Stock Check module, you can see fabric availability while creating an estimate, ensuring you can fulfil the order there and then. This creates a smoother customer journey and builds confidence at the point of sale.
SMS	Use this module to send follow up messages to your customers confirming an estimate has been sent, payment is due, to confirm appointments and more.
Supplier Import	Always work with the latest data. Supplier Import allows you to upload supplier product files into ACE Online or stay up to date year-round with our mutual partners’ newest products, collections,and pricing.
Contractor Module	The Contractor Import Module is designed to simplify large-scale estimating. It allows you to import contractor measurements in bulk, select materials once, and automatically generate professional estimates.
